Junior Model Builders
WHAT IS A JUNIOR MODEL BUILDER?
We are on a mission to find six Junior Model Builders to be part of an incredible year-long experience to foster their love of LEGO®!
Junior Model Builders are special child ambassadors for LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre! They will learn new LEGO® skills, try out our ideas for upcoming events and be asked for their expert opinions!
A YEAR OF AWESOME!
The budding builders will receive exclusive workshops with Master Model Builder Kieran Jiwa as well as 4 LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Annual Pass for themselves and their family! The Junior Model Builders will also receive exclusive invitations to events and new product launches, a VIP LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre lanyard and badge and a LEGO® prize!

HOW TO ENTER?
To be in the running, children aged 5-10 years old must seek the help of a parent or guardian to complete an application form and submit a picture of themselves with a LEGO® model they have created themselves and a drawing of the LEGO® build of their dreams! Kids can spend quality time working on their creative builds during the winter school holidays, with entries closing 5pm on Sunday 12 July, 2020.
Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity and enthusiasm and 18 finalists will be selected to compete in the exciting Junior Model Builder final in August (Date TBC). The special event at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre will give the finalists the opportunity to have fun, showcase their love of LEGO® and meet fellow LEGO® lovers!
At the end of the event, Master Model Builder Kieran Jiwa will declare the six new Junior Model Builders who will hold the unique title for the next year!
Applications open at 9am on Tuesday 23 June, 2020 and close at 5pm on Sunday 12 July, 2020. Full terms and conditions can be found here.
** UPDATE **
With the school holidays being extended, we have decided to give our budding builders an extra week to apply and be in the running to become one of our next Junior Model Builders! The new closing date is 5pm Sunday 19, July.
