Accessibility

The centre has been designed with your needs in mind. We review our risk assessments and policies annually to ensure we remain as accessible as possible to all guests, including wheelchair access.

If you have any questions about your visit, or feedback about our facilities please feel free to contact us.

Carer and Companions

Anyone accompanying a person with a disability and holding a valid carer or companion card is entitled to free entry. Please show your card upon entry.

Mobility

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne provides people in wheelchairs access to our different areas of our attraction with specially designed car vehicles for our Kingdom Quest ride. Where needed, our friendly team members are happy to assist!

Wheelchairs may be borrowed from Chadstone concierge if required, please see here for more information.

Sensory

If you would prefer your visit to be less crowded and loud, we recommend you visit during the week (outside of school holidays) or our later 3:30pm session. With the attraction being open until 5:30pm this allows you plenty of time to enjoy the full benefits the attraction has to offer.

For your information, there will be varying levels of lighting and music throughout the attraction to enhance the visit - please be prepared if this is a concern.

Guide Dogs

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne is a completely accessible venue and welcomes ALL working Guide Dogs.

Toilets and Family Facilities

There are accessible toilets available for your convenience which are located at the back of our attraction near LEGO Racers: Build and Test.

There are also changing facilities located in the accessible bathroom.
