Accessibility

The centre has been designed with your needs in mind. We review our risk assessments and policies annually to ensure we remain as accessible as possible to all guests, including wheelchair access.

If you have any questions about your visit, or feedback about our facilities please feel free to contact us.

Please note: All adults must be accompanied by a child to enter LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Melbourne

Carer and Companions

Anyone accompanying a person with disability and holding a valid carer or companion card is entitled to free entry.

All tickets must be pre-booked online in advance, therefore, please book your ticket via our website here and then for your carer, please scroll down in the webstore and select the free carer option. The carer must provide a valid companion card.

If you are a Merlin Annual Passholder or LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Annual Passholder and have additional needs and require assistance on your visits to our attractions, we issue one complimentary Annual Pass per Passholder with disability to be used by any carer. Apply for a carer pass here

Mobility

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne provides people in wheelchairs access to our different areas of our attraction with specially designed car vehicles for our Kingdom Quest ride. Where needed, our friendly team members are happy to assist!

Wheelchairs may be borrowed from Chadstone concierge if required, please see here for more information.

Sensory

If you would prefer your visit to be less crowded and loud, we recommend you visit during the week (outside of school holidays) or our later 3:30pm session. With the attraction being open until 5:30pm this allows you plenty of time to enjoy the full benefits the attraction has to offer.

For your information, there will be varying levels of lighting and music throughout the attraction to enhance the visit - please be prepared if this is a concern.
