Adults must be accompanied by children to enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. We will host exclusive adult nights for our Adult Fans of LEGO without children the first Wednesday of every month. An adult is classed as aged 18 and over. Children are classed as aged 17 and under. Children under the age of 2 do not need to buy a ticket.

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Centre at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online (while receiving special online discounts)! 
Once you are in, you may leave the attraction to go to Trafford Centre or grab a bite to eat. When you leave, let a member of staff know you want to return and you can get a stamp on your hand. On your return, show your stamped hand to a member of staff and they can allow you back in for entry.

We encourage families to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.

For hygienic reasons, it is not allowed to bring your own food. Our cozy café offers something for every taste. You can choose from a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. Enjoy your meal!

Yes, we are fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users.

We do not provide wheelchairs or strollers at our attraction, however guests are able to rent these from the Trafford Centre shopmobility area.

Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre who are trained in first aid.

We are stroller friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.

Unfortunately it is not permitted to bring your dog or any other pet/animal into the attraction. 

Tickets for Carers
There is no disabled rate but if a member of your party is registered disabled you will be entitled to admit one free carer with them. Please ensure that you bring documentation with you on the day such as your blue badge, DLA Letter or note from a doctor or specialist. If you are booking in advance, you do not need to book a ticket for your carer.

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be in the Centre at one time. All guests buying tickets online OR at the door will be required to make a reservation for an entry time.

Advanced Purchase - Best Value and Guaranteed Entry

• Upon your arrival to the Centre, you will enter the "I Have Tickets" line at the start of your reservation.
• Please note during peak periods such as holidays, half terms and Summer holidays there may be a small wait upon entering the reservation line.

Walk-Up Purchase

• If you purchase tickets at the door, you will be required to reserve the next available time slot. You will enter the 'I Have Tickets' line at the start of your reserved entry time. The only way to guarantee your entry is to reserve your tickets online.
• Please note, during peak times, we may sell out of walk-up tickets. The only way to guarantee your entry is to purchase your tickets on advance online.

Once inside, stay as long as you like.

Please note, it will get extremely busy during Half Term so pre-booking online is the only way to guarantee entry.  

When booking your ticket you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry in to the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like

Yes, AAA members can show their member I.D. at the admissions counter to save $3 off their full-price, walk-up ticket.

Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website or at the Centre. 

Unreserved tickets are tickets purchased or received from our third party partners.  Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation are required to use this line as well. Unreserved tickets enter the Centre as soon as possible when there are open reservations. 

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Centre at one time. There are 15 minute windows between reservation times to control capacity in the attraction. This creates a better experience for all our guests! 

During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as guests enter the Centre. The first experience in the Centre is a live show that takes approximately 6 minutes. Guests may need to wait in line until the next show beings during their reservation time. 

Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.

We can and do change ticket dates under certain circumstances such as illness etc. Tickets themselves are non-refundable and non-transferable (to someone else) but the date can be changed. Please email berlin@legolanddiscoverycentre.de to rearrange.

Yes, you can still use any LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin gift voucher that was issued before 28th February, 2026. These vouchers are accepted at any (Merlin Entertainment Group site), provided the voucher is still valid according to its terms. However, please note that gift vouchers from (Merlin Entertainment sites) issued on or after 28th February, 2026 cannot be redeemed at the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin.

Merlin's Magic Wand Foundation tickets issued prior to February 28, 2026, will be accepted at LEGOLAND Discovery Center, and LEGO Discovery Center sites under the terms and conditions that applied at the time of issuance, along with the terms and conditions of the specific LEGOLAND Discovery Center or LEGO Discovery Center site where the ticket will be used.

If your combo ticket was purchased before 28th February, 2026 and remains valid, it will be accepted for entrance to LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin. Admission is subject to the general terms and conditions associated with both the ticket and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin. 

Combo seasonal tickets purchased before 28th February, 2026 and still valid are accepted for entrance to LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin. Usage of these tickets is governed by the terms and conditions that applied at the time of purchase, as well as the general terms and conditions of LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin.

Yes, you may use your seasonal ticket for entry to LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin, following the terms and conditions set at the time of purchase and the general terms and conditions of LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin. 

Currently, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin store does not operate the LEGO® Insider program. As a result, earning and redeeming points at this location are not available for now. However, we expect this to change, so please stay tuned for future updates.
