Find all important information before you start your school trip
I'ts great that we can welcome you in our attraction soon. Before your arrival, we would like everything to be clear for you. Please read this arrival information and let us know if you have any questions.
Bus and arrival
Are you travelling by bus? The bus can drop everyone off at the Kurhaus parking garage (Gevers Deynootweg). From here it is a 3-minute walk to LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre. It is also possible to use the drop-off point at the Scheveningenseslag, with a parking loop. From Scheveningseslag, everyone can take the stairs down towards the boulevard, past SEA LIFE and after 500 meters LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is on your right. Upon arrival, the students and supervisors are counted. Then you can all go inside. The tickets do not have to be scanned individually. Based on the reservation number, we can recognise your school reservation and the number of people at the entrance. Please note that you are responsible for supervising the children yourself. Inside the attraction
Upon arrival at the attraction, one of our Playmakers will lead your group to your special room. Here you can give a short introduction and there is the possibility to store the jackets and bags.
From now on you are free to visit the attraction. The children can participate in the workshops, ride the “Imagination express” and of course build with LEGO® bricks! Socks are mandatory in our play corner – we would like to ask you to inform the children about this before the school trip.

The toilets are located at the back of the attraction. We also have a toilet for disabled persons and changing rooms.
There is free WiFi in the attraction. Because the attraction is located in the basement of the building, the mobile reception is limited. We recommend that you log on to the WiFi immediately upon arrival and continue to use WhatsApp for communication.
We are cashless. This means that you can only pay with card in the attraction, in the LEGO® cafe and in the LEGO® shop at the exit.
We request that you follow the instructions of the staff in the event of an emergency. In case of injuries, you can approach one of the employees. They can be recognised by green or black LEGO® shirts.
The children are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. They are allowed to eat it in the group room. You can buy coffee, tea and snacks in the LEGO® Cafe. It's not allowed to eat your own snacks in the attraction or the LEGO® Cafe.
All good things come to an end. When your stay at our attraction is over, we can help you reassemble the group before departure with our broadcasting system in the attraction. Ask one of our employees and we will be happy to help you. When you leave, check carefully that no belongings are left behind in the common room! You can then leave the attraction via the LEGO® store.
Change of plans and do you need to reschedule the school trip? No problem. If you contact us more than 7 days before the visit date, we will be happy to look for a solution. If you cancel the entire booking within 7 days before the booking date, we will refund a maximum of 50% of the total tickets. For changes, please contact scheveningen@legolanddiscoverycentre.com.
