We remain open during Amber or Red Rainstorm Warnings or No. 1 or No. 3 Tropical Cyclone Warnings. The Centre closes during Black Rainstorm Warnings or No. 8 or higher Tropical Cyclone Warnings. If signals are lowered during operating hours, the Centre reopens approximately two hours later; if lowered after 3 PM, the Centre remains closed.
