Eligibility: 2024 Mini Master Model Builder Contest is open only to those who share a LEGO build on LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto’s online form and who are ages 5-12 as of the date of entry and are able to compete at the in-person competition if their online entry is selected. The North American contest will require an additional LEGO build submitted directly to the Discovery Centre. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decision of LEGO® Discovery Centres and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

Contest Period: First round, entries will be accepted starting on May 3rd and ending May 31st. All entries must be received by 11:59pm EST May 31, 2024. Participants chosen from the first-round submissions will be selected to compete in-person at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto for the chance to be named, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto’s Mini Master Model Builder 2024.

How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting LEGO build using the provided eligibility format listed above. The entry must fulfil all sweepstakes requirements in the requested format, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre & LEGO® Discovery Centres North America. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the discretion of LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre & LEGO® Discovery Centres North America.

Prizes: LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre & LEGO® Discovery Centre will select one (1) LEGO Build with its child builder to be the local Mini Master Model Builder for the local LEGO/LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. They will win four (4) LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto annual passes.

LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre & LEGO® Discovery Centre will then select one (1) national LEGO Build with its child builder to be the National Mini Master Model Builder among the local Mini Master Model Builders’ new national LEGO build. They will win Elite Annual Passes for them and their family (up to 6 total immediate family members).

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or municipal taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substation of prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Travel and other expenses are not included with any of the winning prizes.

The odds of winning depend on number of entrants, buildability, creativity, and originality and age of builder will also be considered. The final winner will be chosen by the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre & LEGO® Discovery Centres Team and North American Master Model Builders.

Winner selection and notification: Winner will be selected under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified via email, or phone call on or before June 3, 2024. LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres and LEGO® Discovery Centres shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely returns a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY SUCH WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVELEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
