What can you do at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester? Here's what to expect from your visit.

Booking and session types - what does your ticket cover?

  • Booking a standard ticket includes most activities in the centre with the exception of the VR experience and Creative Workshop. You have the option of adding these on in the booking journey if they are available on your chosen date. 
  • Package tickets like the Deluxe may include VR and extras to enhance your visit. What's included will be listed with the package type.

Play times

PEAK DAY BOOKINGS

  • On days that are peak (weekends and school holidays), entry times are spread out throughout the day to allow you to pick a time most suitable to you. We want everyone to have the best time so we are limiting the number of guests and the time spent in the attraction. This means on peak days you will be issued with a time-limited wristband giving you a minimum of 2 hours.

OFF PEAK DAY BOOKINGS

  • Off peak days are weekdays during local school term-time. When booking one of these days you will notice that entry times are limited to entering at the start of the day. The centre has reduced hours on these days and guests are invited to join us for the full session opening hours for that day.
  • Off peak sessions include extra activities for children under 5 years. Our reduced price Adult and Toddler ticket will be available as a booking option for these sessions only.

10:30-12:00 - Kingdom Quest ride

13:30-14:00 - Character meet & greet

On weekends and in school holidays we are open from 9.30am til 5pm with entry times spread across the day until 3pm.

Good to know

  • You will have plenty of time to get creative with bricks and come up with cool creations of your own, and if you need a moment to unwind after all the fun then our café will be open during your session, serving hot and cold drinks and a selection of snacks!
  • You can see all the rides and attractions available to you during your visit on our Attractions page and on the schedule above.
  • We sometimes have special activities and events happening seasonally. These are always included within the standard ticket price. To see what limited times features are available on your visit, take a look at our Events page.
  • Remember, everything in our centre is designed for children to enjoy. ALL adults must be accompanied by a child (aged 17 and under) to visit the attraction, with the exception of our Adult Nights.

You can also use your first hour to explore Miniland, before collecting your very own bag of bricks and get creative!

LEGO 4D Cinema

You will also be able to experience an awesome short movie in our LEGO Cinema!

Merlin's apprentice ride

Pedal as fast as you can on Merlin's apprentice ride to help Merlin conjure his magic – can you reach the skies and become Merlin’s top wizarding apprentice?

Before you arrive, please remember the following:     

  • Pre-booking online is essential before visiting the attraction
  • We highly recommend you continue wearing a face covering in the attraction beyond the legal date to do so     
  • We will only be accepting cashless payments throughout the Attraction, including the Café and Shop.

Keeping our children safe

  • We've introduced a range of enhanced health and safety measures so you can rest assured you and your little ones can enjoy safe creative play on your visit. These include:
  • Deep cleaning in place between opening hours and throughout the day to ensure you can enjoy yourself in a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Social distancing aids and hand sanitiser available throughout the attraction.
  • Each day will have freshly cleaned and disinfected LEGO bricks to play with.
  • The rides, climbing wall and soft play will all be open during your session, but may have to close for a short time occasionally for enhanced cleaning.
