How do I book a birthday party?

How far in advance should I book a birthday party?
Birthday parties must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
What exactly is included in a birthday package?

Is an employee available during the birthday party?
The parents / supervisors and children are welcomed by an employee who takes the group to the birthday room and answers questions. Parents / supervisors must pay attention to the children themselves and be present in the centre at all times.
How long does a birthday party last?
The total stay in the attraction is two hours. During these two hours you can use the birthday room. For the V.I.P. package, the birthday room is reserved for one hour, for the ultimate birthday package two hours. It is very important that your party arrives complete and on time. Birthday rooms are often fully booked, so we cannot allocate extra time if you are late.
Are you allowed to bring your own drinks and food?
Yes, this is allowed. Self-brought drinks and food may only be consumed in the birthday room of at the seating area opposite of the Creative Workshop. Consuming your own drinks and food is not allowed in the rest of the attraction and the café.
What is the minimum and maximum number of children necessary for a children's party?
There is a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 25 children per birthday party.
What if a child becomes ill or extra children (want to) come to the party?
In the unwanted event that a child is ill, we will charge the correct number of children at the checkout. Pay attention to the fact that the minimum number of children necessary is still 5. Should children join us - please send an email to: scheveningen@legolanddiscoverycentre.com.
Cancellation:
If you report changes of more than 25% of the reserved number or you cancel the reservation within 7 days before the reserved date, we will be forced to charge you 50% of the number of cancelled tickets.
