We are currently unable to confirm an opening date. According to the latest Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F) by Hong Kong Government, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong will determine an opening date in accordance with the latest Government guidelines.
Yes. Normally, tickets are non-transferable but we can help you to change the timeslot due to the rescheduling of the opening date. But all tickets and annual passes are non-refundable. We will contact you at a later date to re-book your visit to us.
All tickets and annual passes sales are final and non-refundable as per the terms and conditions of the sale.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. These are the terms and conditions that we ask you to confirm and consent with before you purchase your ticket. Therefore it is assumed you agree with the fare and you have entered into a legally binding contract.
· Customers who bought FIRST-TO-PLAY tickets or FIRST-TO-PLAY Annual Passes; We will reserve all FIRST-TO-PLAY experiences and determine the FIRST-TO-PLAY dates based on the new opening date.
· Customers who bought Season Festive Packages or New Year Packages; After the announcement of the new opening date, we will assist you all to reschedule and booking timeslot one by one.
· Customers who bought Annual Passes: The validity period of all passes will be one year from the new opening date.
· All online reservations for dated admissions tickets will be suspended from today until we confirm the new opening date.
